The hotel benefits from a excellent location. It is very close to public transportation options. My room had chic decor, including robes and a wool blanket. The second floor lounge provides ample space for various activities.
Parking is located across the street. This requires an easy walk to several locations. The restaurant's closure on Monday and Tuesday was a letdown. Sinks in the bathroom are small, potentially leading to discomfort and water spillage for some.

Charming Stay Close to Union Square!

The hotel's aesthetic created a lovely, warm environment. Comfortable beds ensured restful nights. the shower had great water pressure. Toiletries provided a pleasant scent. I loved pastries and coffee available each morning in the bar area. It was a good touch. Staff quickly resolved a minor room issue by allocating a quieter one further from the stairs. They did this apologetically.
The noise from the street below was noticeable at times.

I enjoyed the decor and music in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also good, with cafes and restaurants nearby.
I had to carry my luggage to my room on the fifth floor. This was inconvenient.
